If you receive defective items or wrong items, please report the problem to us within 48 hours. If you receive a defective explosive items (ex glass), please report to us within 12 hours with attach a picture as proof.
If the product price is less than RM10, we will choose a refund (excluding postage). You can place an another order again, and it's allowed we replacement it together to you on this order number. Artificial damage is not included.
If you need to return your product, please whatsapp our team at 017-5352675 with your order number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your credit card. Online Banking please provide bank account to us for refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
